Instructions
Heat up olive oil and 1 tsp of sesame oil in a large skillet or wok.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Saute for 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms and ginger and saute for 1 minute.
Cook ground turkey and until done (approx 8-10 minutes).
Next, add in grated carrots and coleslaw mix, stir together and cook on medium-low for 5 minutes.
Add in remaining sesame oil (2 teaspoons), vinegar, and soy sauce and stir well.
Season with salt and pepper as needed.
Serve garnished with chopped green onions.
