- 3-4 lb Pork Loin
- 1 Onion Halved & Sliced
- 2-3 tbsp Garlic Minced
- 4 tsp Herbs de Provence
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup White Wine
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch Or Flour
Place roast in the crock pot.
Cover roast with sliced onions and garlic.
Add wine and chicken broth to crock pot.
Top with herbs de provence.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3 hours (I prefer cooking everything on low. Low & slow!).
Once done, remove roast and strain juices through a wire mesh strainer, into a medium saucepan. Set onions aside to add to your serving platter.
Heat sauce over medium high heat and bring to a boil.
Turn heat to low and whisk in cornstarch to sauce.
Stir constantly until sauce is your desired thickness. If it gets too thick, you can add a little water to thin it (1 tbsp at a time).
Enjoy!
