Easy Crock Pot Chicken And Dumplings

- 2 lbs Chicken boneless breasts
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/3 tsp Parsley
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 10 oz Baby Carrots
- 8 oz Frozen Peas
- 1 can Buttermilk Biscuits (1) Large Can or (2) Small Cans
Place chicken, carrots, and peas in crock pot.
Top chicken with chopped onions, garlic powder, and dried parsley.
Add chicken broth and cream of chicken to the crock pot. Stir all ingredients to combine.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
1 hour prior to being completely cooked, stir mixture and break apart chicken into smaller chunks.
Chop the biscuits into quarters and add them to the crock pot, pushing them down under the gravy.
Turn heat to high and cook for 1 hour until the biscuits are cooked through.
