Heat Oil in large pan over medium heat.
Add garlic to pan and cook for 1-2 minutes so that it gets brown.
Now, add asparagus and tomatoes to pan. Let cook for 5-6 minutes. Tomatoes should start to look a little wilted.
Then, add shrimp to pan and mix everything around. Also, add butter and let it melt.
Next, add wine to the pan. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the pasta to the pan and mix well.
Once mixed thoroughly, add salt and pepper to taste.
Top with parsley and serve.
