Chocolate Covered Strawberry Martini

Chocolate Covered Strawberries are even better when you make a Chocolate Covered Strawberry Martini! The sweet strawberry taste with the creamy chocolate flavor mix up beautifully in this dessert martini.

Ingredients

Glass Garnish

  • Chocolate Syrup for garnish
  • Strawberry Syrup for garnish

Martini

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1.5 oz Bailey's Strawberries & Cream
  • 1 oz Creme de Cacao

Instructions

Garnishing The Glass

  • Tilt the glass at a 90 degree angle.
  • Drizzle the chocolate sauce on the inside of the glass, approx 1/2" from the top as you turn the glass so that the sauce covers the entire glass.
  • Take the strawberry syrup and repeat the process for covering the inside of the martini glass.

Making The Martini

  • Fill a cocktail shaker approx half way with ice.
  • Measure and pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker.
  • Shake vigorously.
  • Pour into garnished martini glass.
  • ENJOY!
