Ingredients

  • 1 lb Breakfast Sausage
  • 2 cups Chedder Cheese
  • 1 pkg Hash Browns Frozen, shredded hash browns or patties that are thawed and crumbled up
  • 8 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 and spray 9 x 13 pan with non stick cooking spray.
  • Brown sausage in skillet, over medium heat, breaking into small pieces.
  • Don't drain grease (unless you prefer to make this a bit healthier). I like the extra flavor that the sausage juice provides. Set aside.
  • Whisk eggs, mix, and all spices together. 
  • Layer ingredients in a casserole dish. Start with thawed hash browns, cooked sausage, cheese. The pour whisked egg mixture.
  • Cover with foil. Bake for 40 minutes, remove foil, and then bake for another 20.
  • Let cool for 10 - 15 minutes (the middle pieces will be very hot!)
