Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non stick cooking spray.
Cook beef and chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat until the hamburg is cooked, approx 10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Stir in salt, garlic powder, and worcestershire sauce and mix well.
Spread meat mixture into greased pan.
Then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beef mixture.
In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and Bisquick. Try to get out as many lumps as possible.
Pour Bisquick mixture on top of meat mixture.
Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Once done, let cool for approx 5 minutes.
