Did you notice that I said you only need 5 ingredients to make this recipe yet there are 6 ingredients listed? I knew I couldn’t slip anything by you! Well, technically the 6th ingredient is what you serve the beef stroganoff OVER, so it isn’t technically one of the beef stroganoff ingredients. Comprende? But if you think I’m being slimy and should include that as an actual ingredient because it is part of the crock pot beef stroganoff dinner, then you are correct and it can be considered a 6 ingredient meal. Nonetheless, there are still minimal ingredients in this dish, which is pretty freaking amazing, don’t you agree?

Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff
- Crock Pot
- 2 lbs Stew Meat Or you can use any meat that is cut up
- 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 package Onion Soup (dry)
- 16 oz Egg Noodles
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 8 oz Sliced Mushrooms optional
- Place meat, cream of mushroom soup, onion soup package, and mushrooms (if using) in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- About 10-15 minutes before eating, prepare egg noodles according to package directions.
- Just before serving, add sour cream to crock pot and stir well.
- Serve over egg noodles.
